Area Sales Manager - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
As an assistant acquisition manager, your normal duties would be to assist the acquisition team in acquiring new clients and growing the clientele.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of plans to attract new clients and hit sales targets.
- Carrying out market research to find prospects and prospective leads for customer acquisition.
- Reaching out to new clients via a variety of methods, including cold phoning, email, and networking occasions.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, responding to their questions, and offering suitable answers.
- Compiling reports for management review, tracking and analysing sales data, and assessing performance measures.
Required Candidate profile :
- Two or more years of sales experience.
- Expertise in pertinent market and industry trends.
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
- Field Work Required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Age 21 to 30 Years
