Area Sales Manager - Ice Cream Business (6-15 yrs)
Below the JD :
1. Design and Implement a sales and Distribution infrastructure
2. This would entail selection and appointments of sales staff, Distributors , negotiate commercial terms ( as per company policy ) and align them .
3. Prepare sales plan detailing , coverages / beat plans / launch volumes /targets /visibility and other GO TO MARKET plans for a new brand .
4. Understand competition and update management from time to time on steps to be taken to build brand and business in the area of operation .
5. Train people below him on product knowledge and processes and empower them to do their work .
6. Generate reports ( as per the managements requirements )from time to time to provide feedback on the business and provide insights from them on building the business .
7. Work the market with Juniors for understanding the business and the challenges faced and take appropriate steps to resolve them .
8. Manage resources and allocate them to optimize business outcomes .
9. Be overall responsible for the business outcomes in terms of Volume , Distribution and Contributions year on year
10. Selling Ice-cream products in retail market and managing a team of off-roll employees,
