Area Sales Manager - HVAC Vertical (7-10 yrs)
1. Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base
2. Apply sales and marketing strategies, to achieve targeted sales and marketing position in the assigned business areas
3. Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
4. Accountable for promoting and selling company products and gaining market shares in the assigned geography
5. Builds strong relationships with key accounts.
6. Builds a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
7. Oversees timely collection of payments as per agreed terms to ensure steady cash flow; recommends actions to expedite collections in case of outstanding payments, particularly for high impact accounts
8. Contribute actively in devising strategies on PAN India level.
9. Analyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
10. Manage and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction and provide solutions for performance enhancement and proactive resolution of issues to ensure customer expectations are met
11. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with customer to understand their requirements
Experience : 7-10 Years in HVAC Sales
- Team Management Experience of minimum 2 Years
Education Qualification : B.E Graduates
Industry : HVAC only
- Candidate must be fluent in Kannada Language.
- Willing to attend at-least one round of interview at their Bangalore Office
