Piramal Finance is hiring Area Sales Manager for its newly launched business. The incumbent would be responsible for the day to day functioning of the Branch. He would be looking after sales, operations, credit, collections etc. with regards to the branch.

Reporting Structure - Reporting to Regional Head Chennai
Reportees - 3-4 BSMs
Essential Qualifications
Graduate from a reputed college & PG Preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience in mortgage industry.
Well verse with MS Excel

Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize conflicting and changing priorities
Ability to liase & follow-up with internal stakeholders and vendors
Good written & verbal communication skills

Key Roles/Responsibilities :
- Sales and Marketing of Products (Home Loan and LAP).
- Administration of Branch.
- Advertisement of Loan Products
- Responsible for sourcing of builder project files and get their project approval done by the organization.
- Smooth functioning of Lending process at the various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing of loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service.
- Various compliances of Corporate Office and NHB at Branch Level
- Recruitment of Direct Sales Associates DSAs.
- Motivating DSA- 's to achieve targets.
- Relationship building with Builder for APF & Bulk Sales
- Time to time updating them on new products and lending guidelines with updating market scenario.
- Achievement of target as provided by the company.
- Meeting the guidelines of company and the goals as provided.
- Handling the various queries of Housing Loans.
- Monitor individual & Team performance and take steps to improve productivity and correct aberrations
- Adherence to all processes laid down by the company at the Center
- Ensuring Target achievement by co-coordinating with team and DSAs.
