Reports to : Assistant General Manager (Sales)

Location : Gurugram

Company Profile :


- The company is into manufacturing of Bakery products such as Cakes, Brownies, Tea Cakes, Tarts & Pie, Bread, Jar Morning Bakeries, Savories, Pastries etc. The company has Sales office based at Gurugram and they have factory and warehouse in Gurugram.

Job Purpose :


- The main purpose of this role is to ensure Business Development & Marketing in HORECA Segment in Delhi/NCR that will ensure the Sustained Sales of the products and achievement of the targeted market share in this segment. The incumbent in this role will be responsible in achieving targeted Volume and Gross Margin from HORECA segment in the assigned geography.

Job Description :

1. Developing a Comprehensive DATA BASE of current and prospective HORECA Customers

2. New account acquisition & development, Developing Account acquisition strategy and prospect wise time bound acquisition plan.

3. Key Accounts Management; Developing and Implementing Account Wise Sales Plan, Finalization of Trade Terms, Cross Selling /Upselling & Range Expansion

4. New Product Introduction; Creating and Implementing New Product Launch plan as per company business objectives, New product launch Tracking

5. Sales Information System; Creating Data based analysis and sales Planning system

6. Handing Competition; Tracking Competition, evaluating impact of various competition activities, Giving system feedback about various competitive activities

7. Trade Terms & Sales Operation; Finalization of Terms of Trade, Ensuring on going order, supply and collection

Required Skills and Education :

- Understanding of Business Model and key success factors of HORECA Segment,

- Understanding Company overall Business & Sales Strategy

- Market Mapping and Developing Coverage Plan

- Understanding of Sales Call Process (B2B), Understanding of Sales Policies, Systems and Procedures, Understanding of Principles & Processes of Key Account Management knowledge of MS-Excel

- Graduation in Hotel Management, Post Graduate/MBA with specialization in Sales & Marketing

Candidate Background :

Experience : 2-4 years in Bakery Industry in HORECA/Institutional Sales with a demonstrable record of having built businesses in Institutions in Delhi/NCR Region with a strong operational focus.

Salary : 6 - 8 LPA
