Area Sales Manager - HORECA (7-9 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sector. Identify market opportunities and create plans to expand market share in the assigned area.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering services. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Market Analysis : Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and threats. Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
- Team Management : Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their individual and team sales targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting : Prepare and maintain sales forecasts and performance reports. Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services. Provide expert advice to clients and ensure that the team is well-informed about product features and benefits.
- New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector. Develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
- Contract Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business deals. Ensure that terms and conditions align with company policies and profitability goals.
- Customer Service : Ensure that all client inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Work closely with the customer service team to resolve any service-related problems.
- Budget Management : Manage the sales budget for the area, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient use of resources. Monitor expenses and implement measures to optimize spending.
- Collaboration with Other Departments : Work closely with marketing, product development, - and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
