We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager for Home Loans. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations within a designated geographical area, driving business growth, and ensuring the achievement of targets related to home loan products.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for home loan products.
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the home loan market.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance expectations, monitor individual and team performance, and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record of at least 3YEARS in sales management, preferably in the home loan or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage lending process, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
