Position Overview :

The role of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) involves supervising sales activities in a designated area, guaranteeing the consistent attainment of revenue goals and market growth. They oversee inspiring and guiding a group of sales experts, devising strategic approaches to enter untapped markets, and cultivating strong connections with important clients to stimulate business expansion and fulfill company aims.

Job Responsibilities :

- Create and execute sales plans to achieve company goals in the assigned region.

- Guide and inspire a sales team to surpass targets.

- Evaluate performance, offer feedback, and organize training to enhance the team's abilities and output.

- Identify market trends, competitors, and expansion opportunities in the region.

- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to drive sales and satisfaction.

- Coordinate with marketing, product management, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

- Track sales metrics, analyze data, and produce reports to monitor progress and pinpoint areas for improvement.

- Effectively manage budgets, expenses, and resources to maximize profitability and ROI.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products/services and establish a regional brand presence.
