Responsibilities :-
1) Generating business & revenue through channel partners/ DST to meet annual targets of the branch.(Average target for ASM ranges between 5-10 crs per month via product mix of Home Loan/Loan Against Property)
2) Cross sell of Property/Life Insurance and Fixed Deposits
3) Activization of Direct Selling Agents / Connectors and retention & development of Direct Selling Team members
4) Retention of existing customers while sourcing new customers for the branch
