Area Sales Manager - HealthTech (2-8 yrs)

About the Role:
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory. You will work closely with healthcare providers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Educate potential clients (tier 1 corporate hospitals) on the benefits of our products and how they can address specific pain points in their operations.
- Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our HealthTech solutions.
- Customize sales presentations and demonstrations to align with the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Work closely with the product development, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree-Science/ Engineering Background or Masters's/ MBA in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field from premier institutions.
- 2-8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the healthcare, SAAS or technology sectors.
- Expertise in a field sales role successfully engaging with CXOs or key decision-makers.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
