Area Sales Manager - Healthcare (7-15 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities :
- To achieve agreed area Business Growth by developing and managing mutually beneficial relationships and consumers while building organisation image through ethical and transparent behaviour.
Main Duties and Functions :
- Working towards to achieve the decided business objective's goal.
- Effective Execution of Marketing Strategies
- Handling Nutrition Advisors & Clinical Dieticians and help them to achieve the desired execution excellence. Gynaecologist, Paediatrician, Endocrinologist Etc.)
- Conduct customer and consumer engagement activities as per brand plan to generate prescriptions.
- Analyse and report feedback on executed campaigns.
- Supervising the team on the proper implementation of business strategies & Hygiene parameters,
- Training subordinates to develop requisite skills, conducting trainings on In clinic effectiveness and providing periodic feedbacks so that they can perform well in their role.
- To find out the new opportunity/business accounts for the organization.
- Monitoring of daily activities, customer coverage details, activations, monthly closing and off take of stocks of NA's and their respective territories.
- Relationship Building KOL Management
- Conduct CMEs to deliver customized information on nutrition through interactive sessions.
- Handle product related customer queries
- Call on Chemist (RCPA) and distributors to track movement of products in the territory and ensuring adequate availability of product range.
- Promoting Pregnancy & Lactation and Infant Nutrition Category
- Be an expert in competitive selling
- Achieve and exceed sales target on a consistent basis through effective implementation of marketing strategies and implementing follow up initiative.
- Be informed and report the knowledge about competitor product and new introductions, promotional strategies & activities.
- Explore new business opportunities in the assigned territories.
- Passion to perform
- Utilize customer focussed selling techniques of SUCCEED.
- Daily preparation, analysis & recording of each call as per company guidelines.
- Participating in weekly, monthly reviews to analyse performance and target plan achievement.
- Regularly update with knowledge on Nutrition facts to have scientific discussions with stakeholders to improve in-clinic effectiveness.
- Updating customer profile as per company template
- Adhere to the codes of ethics
- Ensure "Work in safe environment" - WISE for self and team.
Qualification :
- Any Gradate
- 7+ years of Pharma Sales experiences with any leading Pharma Companies.
