Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee a team of BDEs, Senior BDEs, Key Account Managers, and CREs to promote and sell our healthcare products and services. The role involves driving business development, managing hospital and doctor tie-ups, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent product knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to meet targets while adhering to company protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a sales team to promote our products and services to hospitals, doctors, and other healthcare centers.
- Ensure team adherence to company protocols, sales reporting, and CRM updates.
- Train and develop team members to achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, and clients.
- Drive business development through tie-ups and awareness activities for expectant parents.
- Collaborate with Phlebotomists and CRE during emergencies for timely sample collection.
- Report weekly progress to the Regional Manager and attend review meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, and healthcare business development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage team performance and meet sales targets.
