Hiring for Area Sales Manager Position for an US Top Based Company
Position : Area Sales Manage
Qualifications : Any Graduate
Experience :
- 7 - 10 years heading sales and managing Bangalore/Delhi/Chennai region
- Proven & demonstrable track record in selling to General & Modern Trade grocery stores
- Experience in FMCG or EDC or PoS (Point of Sale) industry would be preferred.
Description of Responsibilities :
- Undivided focus and attention in acquiring grocery stores based on select criteria
- Lead and help the sales team achieve its targets month on- month
- Co-ordinate with the support and retention teams to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Motivate & help the team win over competition through competitive updates and periodical training both OJT and indoors.
- Ensure each customer is thoroughly educated and informed on company's objectives and are in a ready state for brand visits and reference at any time.
- Own and manage the MIS for the region
- Leverage the cross functional units to achieve or excel company's objective
- Ensure timely payments and receivables target are met.
Skills :
- Strong communication and presentation skills including proficiency in Local language
- Good analytical skills
- People /Team Manager
Compensation L
