Area Sales Manager - Government Accounts - Building Material (6-10 yrs)
- Responsible for revenue growth for the assigned territory & achieve targets across products & segments.
- Build, promote & maintain strong customer relationships with Government Institutions, Key Builders, Architects & Contractors/ Franchise. Developing franchise network in the assigned area.
- Develop Key Account management plans.
- Preparation & submission of Lead Generation, Sales, Collections, Expenses & Forecast reports to the management team periodically.
- Conducting market survey on new products, customer trends & needs, competition analysis etc., Get the specifications incorporated in tenders for Government Orders.
- Preparing Action plans to resolve problems with customers / clients. Ensure customers service levels as a whole for the area is as per set goals.
- Ensure adherence to policies, systems & norms of the division.
- Prepare expense budgets & promotional budgets for the Area. Ensure achievement of goals set for promotional schemes. Developing & implementation sales promotional activities.
- Responsible for reducing payment outstanding of the assigned territory & ensure achievement of collection targets.
