Area Sales Manager - General Trade - Sanitaryware/Kitchenware/Toys/Fitness Equipment (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary :
- As ASM for General Trade you would be working with National Sales Manager to identify, nurture & grow customers in the General Trade market in the categories company operates in.
- You would be leading a State/Region, and would be responsible for pitching and selling company's products to large distributors & Wholesalers in your region. The products may range from Toys, Fitness Equipment to Sanitaryware (Kitchen Sinks, Faucets, etc.)
Key Responsibilities :
- Initiate partnerships with new customers and actively managing existing relationships, being their P.O.C. for company.
- Sustaining and growing the relationships which translate to a growth in revenue for the city
- Define regional sales strategies working along with the regional resources, considering all the levers for Sales growth.
- Highlight the potential opportunities, gaps etc. and develop regional, dealer specific action plans
- To monitor and track the action plan implementation and facilitate the progress and on time delivery.
- Engage dealers and keep pulse of market and product feedback etc.
- Continuous focus on generating on-ground insights and refining implementation.
