Area Sales Manager - General Trade - Healthy Snacks (3-6 yrs)
Our client is a Food manufacturing and exporting company that specialises in traditional snacks without compromising on the health factor. Their range of cereal based nutritional ready-to-eat snack packs are "Enriched with goodness". Their products are available across India, Middle East and North America, in stores and through ecommerce websites.
The company believes in focusing on providing tasty, roasted, contemporary flavoured and highly nutritious ingredients like Quinoa, Chia, Flaxseeds, Sunflower seeds, Oats, Fenugreek etc. with an Indian twist to the health-conscious current and future generations.
As a Area Sales Manager - General Trade, you will be responsible for identifying right distributors, channel partners as well as business development in HoReCa channels etc.
What you will do:
- Handling and negotiating with channel partners as a representative of the brand
- Developing and implementing successful sales plans, field marketing activities, new product launches, promotion and marketing plans
- Setting regular sales and ROI targets and working towards achieving the same
- Leading and developing sales team for proper stock management, sampling and promotional activities, merchandising etc
- Reporting to senior management on sales and cost of sales, market feedback etc
What you need to have:
- Graduation is a must
- Minimum 3 years of experience in processed food industry (FMCG - Food, preferably from companies exporting snacks, namkeens etc.)
- Proficiency in verbal & written English
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)
