Experienced Required : 6+years into GT
Job Description :
- Drive Sales plan to achieve month and quarter priorities of the channel/region
- Capability in Strategic Planning and GTM tactics
- Driving New Product Launches, Business Development, Sales Promotions and visibility campaigns
- Appointment and Handling Distribution Network & Product Placement
- Building the required Sales team (SO/SE)
- Leading Sales and Distribution, Merchandising & Outlet Expansion
- Ensure Sales Force Training and implementation of Bizom
- People Management - Maintaining a conducive professional relationship with all business partners
- Managing Team - Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.
- Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level
- Managing Depot - ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issues
- Reconciliation of local sales promotions budgets/ Invoices with coordination from Accounts and Finance team
- Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS reporting
- Must be willing to travel in Rest of Karnataka territories
