Area Sales Manager - General Trade (6-18 yrs)
Roles:
- Responsible for General trade
- Planning Management
- Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
- Developing periodic business plans & strategies, in coordination with macro plans of organization.
- Implementing processes to achieve effective & efficient utilization of budgets and human resources.
Distribution Network :
- Developing and appointing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and working in close interaction with the distributors to assist them to promote the product.
- Ensuring a high level of service to sustain and further develop the distribution network.
Sales / Business Development :
- Planning & scheduling individual / team assignments to achieve the pre-set goals within time, quality & cost parameters.
- Strategizing local and regional initiatives in driving sales and capturing a major of the market to achieve the profit objectives.
- Monitoring the booking order, execution, delivery of products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guaranty the appropriate forecasting of sales and stocks to ensure seamless execution of operations and achievement of the set targets.
Team Management :
- Keeping close check on the stocks / outstanding figures & ensuring adherence to norms of company
- Recruiting, training & motivating the manpower & ensuring quality deliverables in the market.
- Provide direction, motivation & training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.
