Area Sales Manager - Furniture (2-6 yrs)
- The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new sales opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, the incumbent will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new & existing customers.
- Develop & execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales target & objectives within the assigned area.
- Identify & pursue new business opportunities to expand the retailers & wholesalers base & increase market penetration.
- Build & maintain strong relationship with key customers, distributors & partners to ensure customer satisfaction & loyalty.
- Provides sales training, coaching & support to the sales team to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Prepare & present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to management, outlining sales performance and growth opportunities.
- Travel within the assigned area to meet with customers, attend industry events, conduct sales meetings as needed.
- Good command of the regional language.
- Graduates/ Undergraduates with a proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred industry : Furniture & Office equipments.
