Area Sales Manager - Food & Beverages (5-6 yrs)
What Are We Looking For :
The role will be responsible for driving business from key accounts. The role includes but is not limited to :
- Regularly visit Key Accounts i.e., Five Stars, High-end Institutions, Pubs & Casinos to determine business needs and drive sales
- Expand WOD & increase sales from existing and new accounts
- Ensure set sales targets are achieved month-on-month
- Establish and create business rapport with accounts & understand the needs of business by way of events, and promotional campaigns required to create visibility of our brand
- Organize Wine-tasting and training awareness sessions for our domestic Brands and Portfolios of Sula selection
- Prepare monthly sales projections and status reports to review business performance and identify opportunities to increase business
Must Have Requirements :
- Experience working in the Alcobev or F&B industry will be an added advantage
- Assertive, confident, proactive, and result oriented
- Good team management skills
- Good brand knowledge of Wines & Spirits along with knowledge of competitor brands
Desirable Traits :
- Open to learning and accepting new challenges
- Team Management
- Good communication with a pleasing personality
- Skilled with Microsoft Office, including MS Excel & good presentation skills
