Area Sales Manager - FMCG - Walk-In (1-4 yrs)

We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Monitor competitor activity and ensure timely reporting of the same

- Improve on the job effectiveness of company Field Staff through training & coaching

- Looking matters regarding products and its placements in outlets.

- Responsible to settle down the customers complaints

- Responsible for timely coordinate with company as well as distributor

- Responsible to handle depot with distributors as per the company norms

- Responsible to boost up the team for their target accomplishment and grooming them time to time.

Requirements:-

- UG/PG in business administration or a related field

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise.

Qualifications:- Graduate

Experience:- 1-4yrs

Salary:- Current Ctc provide by company 3.5 per annum.
