Area Sales Manager - FMCG/Paint (1-4 yrs)
- Leading a team of sales executives, sales officers, sales promotion executive and sales representatives that together look after the business of distributors
- Involved in sales planning includes distributor level planning for all major SKUs as well as planning for top parties basis past trends and market realities
- Overseeing business delivery of both volume & non-volume parameters as well as sales development agendas and driving infrastructure initiatives along with maintaining commercial hygiene
We are looking for candidates with Sales experience from FMCG/ Paints
