Job Description
Work Experience:- 3+ years- experience in sales, operations, relationship building, strategic planning, channel management and team management in the FMCG sector
Industry Preference- FMCG (Food/ Non-Food)
CTC: - As discussed with you
- Planning and executing the marketing & merchandising initiatives and brand activations within the budget targets in lines with the organizational and regional objectives
- Implementing strategies on product positioning and visibility, market penetration, new market development, channel segmentation, sales mix and pack sizes in order to augment business and exceed profit margins. Maintain strong position in the organized trade
- Planning and executing sales promotion activities to generate demand/ push and build/ sustain & improve brand image
- Developing relationships with key decision makers via distributors, dealers, retailers for business development
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners.
- Implementing and managing Sales planning and stock forecasting strategies with high levels of accuracy and consistency.
- Leading the sales team keeping a high level of motivation & feedback with a view to build an aggressive and motivated sales management team in the branch.
- Setting the direction and an innovative consumer facing culture in the team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals.
- Gaining market intelligence and visibility through competitive mapping and market trends across the state
- Strong negotiation and influencing Skills: Develops mutually beneficial relationships with key internal stakeholders and customers.
- Training and monitoring the sales team by conducting regular sales review meetings assessing team's performance and motivating them to achieve targets.
- Implementing the plan, to ensure inputs are provided to the right markets/ channels/ outlets Gathering knowledge of industry/ market construct and trade/ consumer behaviour to enable development of effective plans, processes and work practices.
