Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, account management, and the ability to engage with clients across various sectors. The Area Sales Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Duties :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through excellent customer service and account management.

- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.

- Conduct regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

- Provide training and support to sales representatives within the region.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management on progress towards goals.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a FMCG/LED Lights environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Strong skills in customer service, account management, and retail sales are essential.

- Experience in technical sales or direct sales is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player within a collaborative environment.
