Area Sales Manager - FMCG/Ayurvedic Product (5-15 yrs)
- Build up & lead the team to drive the sales revenue within the region.
- Promoting Products as per market strategies.
- Regularly attending business review meetings, thus analyzing sales.
- Planning areas to be focused and working on strategies as a whole team to achieve targets.
- Supporting the team member to achieve the sales target.
- Follow up with agents & Maintenance the sales record.
- Regularly review sales data and create reports for senior-level officers.
- Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics.
- Communicate actively with sales teams in the above-mentioned area to help foster a team environment.
- Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights.
- Interview and train new sales employees and oversee other onboarding tasks as needed.
- Handling large Sales Team of the multiple areas.
- Monitoring and Reporting daily activities of the sales staff.
- Proper merchandising, display & visibility of the product.
- Identify new potential markets and appoint new Distributors and Dealers to meet the business plan.
