Area Sales Manager - FMCG/Agri (5-8 yrs)
About the Role :
- Candidate will be responsible for executing the sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and market share, growth targets for the assigned commodity.
- He will also be responsible for supporting local level marketing initiatives, ensuring timely collections for own area and maximizing the allocated budget to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver sales targets assigned to Area/State, driving local sales with all promotional schemes
- Delivering sales Volume both on Primary /secondary Distributors /Traders/Key Account meeting the expansion on targets
- Manage Mills and ensure proper supplies happen to the assigned area
- Manage & Control Payments on Receivable form Team & Market
- Drive the entire Sales / collection /GMV as assigned for your area weekly has to achieve as per the targets assigned
- Need to manage a team for achieving the targets as assigned to the respective area
Must have skills :
- Min 5 - 7 years Experience in B2B business bulk sales.
- Experience in processed commodities like wheat or rice will be an added advantage.
