1. Achieving Primary and Secondary sales in the assigned area - Monthly as per Annual Sales Targets
2. Enable team members to achieve their budgeted sales targets
3. Reviewing Distributor Performance, Appointment of new distributors for area expansion
4. Control over BTL Spends and Distributor Collections
