Job Description:
- Primary and secondary target achievement
- Monthly Sales planning and forecasting
- Evaluating distributors- ROI
- Distributor performance identification, tracking and maintaining
- Managing and increasing coverage
- Channel Management
- Cost Management
- Month wise business forecasting
- Bench-marking previous year's data & aligning with the Annual Operating Plan
- Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants
- Allocate manpower in different areas depending on the individual capabilities
- Set KRA's for TSOs
- Mentor and motivate team members ensuring sales, business generation and achieving budgeted figures
- Training TSO- s's to develop requisite skills and guiding poor performers
- Conducting training on products, lead prospecting and closing skills
- Handling entire Maharashtra location.
- Must have worked in 2 or 3 companies only
