Area Sales Manager - FMCG (7-12 yrs)

Work Experience: 7-11 years in Sales(Including 3+ years in on-roll team handling)
Educational Qualification: Graduation/MBA
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and setting up targets for the assigned area.
- Ensuring primary and secondary target achievement of the assigned territory
- Monitoring availability and visibility of all products in the outlets/ market.
- Planning and supervising sales activation at District level and drive the sales team in the allotted area
- Maintaining and strengthening the existing distributor network.
- Identifying and appointing new RDS /super stockists
