Area Sales Manager - FMCG (7-10 yrs)
Experience : 7 - 10 years in FMCG Sales.
Previous managerial experience of at least 1 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and achieve sales targets for the organization through a team of Sales Officers
- Develop new sales territories
- Plan and achieve other Sales led initiatives - set up and expansion of distributors, growth and experimentation etc.
- Branch administration, distribution, channel management in multi-channel environment, dealer and distributor management and local marketing activities
- Design and implement innovative Sales Strategies
- Set up and grow the Distribution network
- Supply Chain Management for the depot
- Handle large turnover and therefore commercial skills and business acumen of high level is required
- Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix and selling price
- Creative Planning for sales related activities for the area to drive volumes, visibility and reach
- Recruit and train Sales team
- Overall Development (Coaching, Growth) of the team.
