Area Sales Manager - FMCG (7-10 yrs)
1. Formulate strategies of Territory, Sales Distribution and SKU management in line with company objectives
2. Formulate and action plans to ensure Primary, Secondary and collections happen as per the Annual Business Plan.
3. Formulate & implement distribution expansion & productivity plans as per the beat plan for best in class service levels
4. Team management & development:
- Manage, develop, Engage and motivate the Field Force and Trainers to develop their skill to ensure monthly sales targets and KPI measures are met.
- Recruit new staff into team focusing on strong sales competencies
- Provide Training to Field Force on Go to market and management of Secondary Sales Force.
5. Sales Operations:
- Conduct monthly sales review to evaluate team performance
- Manage all key accounts with best industrial relations, service levels, penetration and maximum throughput.
- Reporting on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis which is providing by the HO.
- Monitor sales on daily basis and track expenses to maintain cost within budget.
- Keeping track of approvals of extra discount & Merchandised counters / Outlets
- Keeping track of consumer / promotion schemes
- Allocation of stock requirement of distributors based on forecasts & norms.
- Ensure FIFO of stocks at both CFA & Distributors
- Ensuring skewness of business on weekly basis (Primary & Secondary)
- Inventory management at both Key accounts & Distributors
Additional Responsibilities:
1. To ensure company code of ethics is strictly implemented across internal & external partners like distributors
2. Achieve Demonstrations / Training are done at counters in line with the company standards within the market
