- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Servicing the needs of your existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
- Allocating areas to sales representatives
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Reporting to senior managers
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Maximising sales and profitability
- Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment
- Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
- Driving team performance
- Controlling the training and development of your staff
1. Current experience must be in a consumer packaged food company
2. Experience of working with MT chains like D-Mart, Big Bazaar, Reliance, ABRL etc in Bangalore
3. Has developed his career in sales.
4. Located in Bangalore.
5. Willing to take targets and achieve the same.
6. The job involves lot of travel. So the candidate must be willing to travelP
7. Generally, TSE candidates with more than 5 years in the same role for companies like Nestle, Lotte, Parle, Britannia, ITC will fit into the role.
