Area Sales Manager - FMCG (4-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
- Profitable revenue growth in the designated territory through the Distributors and Retail direct accounts.
- Ensure all selling and service routines through Distributors are on auto pilot
- Ensure implementation of safety processes in word and spirit
- Effective Distribution Management
- Drive customer ( key retailers and workshops) advocacy for the Company
- Distribution Management - in terms of size, scale, and managing their performance
- To work within a framework of policies in terms offers being made to customers
- Tracking competitors' activities
- Prevention of trade mark violations at the point of sale
Candidates (only female) with strong distribution / channel sales experience are preferred. i.e. candidates with exposure to strong distribution in FMCG.
