Our Client based on a solid foundation in tea production and marketing, is built around over five decades of experience in the tea industry.We serve the beverage industry worldwide and handle the product in every conceivable form.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.
- Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned Dealers, Distributors and General Trade/Open Trade retailers.
- Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.
- Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets.
- Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.
- Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media.
- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
- Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches.
- Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implement performance management actions when needed.
- Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget.
- Ensuring proper use of the database and tools to track performance.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
- Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade -Marketing budget.
- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
- Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
- Supporting the development and launch of new products.
- Managing a team of 6-10 people.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 3 years experience ideally in Sales (B2C) (B2B), Trade Marketing or Brand / Product Management within Consumer industry.
- You have prior experience in dealing with Dealers, Distributors and General Trade / Open Trade.
- Experience within Startup Experience, New Product Development, would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
- Must have a strong leads of Distributors .
