Area Sales Manager - FMCG (3-5 yrs)

We have a suitable opening in the function of Sales for the position of Area Sales Manager. In this managerial role, you will play a crucial role to generate business for the company in your assigned territory. The candidate will have to apply and lead the commercial business strategy to achieve sell-in and sell-out sales targets, be responsible for the successful delivery of services and contribute to the winning of new key customers.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Drive Primary, Secondary, coverage & distribution targets
- Outlet level planning and execution on the weekly basis
- Execution of New products in the market as Norms
- Target planning & offloading
- Achievement of the month on month sales target
- Manpower management and up-gradation (Recruitment & Development of TLs & DSRs)
- Super Stockist / Distributor Appointment and Management.
- Reporting & Tracking
- Visibility Management
Preferred Areas for Job - Samastipur, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur, Madhubani, Sitamarhi, Patna.
Candidate Requirements :
- Candidate must have completed graduation from any approved university.
- 3+ Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing of FMCG Brands.
- The Candidate Should have a good knowledge of all the A-Class Outlets, Distributors, Wholesalers, and Super Stockists in the Preferred Assigned Areas.
- Age - 21 to 38 Years
- CTC - up to 3.5 LPA + Incentives + Bonus
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
