Area Sales Manager - FMCG (3-10 yrs)
- Preferably worked in the dairy industry/FMCG for min 5 years.
- Comprehensive knowledge of distribution networks, including handling multi-tier distribution systems, developing strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, and ensuring seamless product availability in target markets.
- Experience in working with agents, distributors, and channel partners to build strong relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Team handling experience required. Preferably worked in the dairy industry as ASM for 2 to 3 years.
- Familiarity with modern payment systems and digital platforms for transaction management, such as UPI, e-wallets, and online invoicing tools.
- Ability to train and onboard distributors and agents onto digital payment systems to enhance operational efficiency.
