About Client
It is an Indian Leading FMCG company headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning and achieving primary and secondary sales
- Conceptualizing consumer promos with regional marketing, manpower/POP planning/sourcing, executing the same, analysing and reporting the impact.
- Driving numeric and weighted distribution and Planning and launching new products/SKUs in market.
- Analysing channels/clusters/syndicates/retailers/competition MS trend to identify gaps and take corrective actions accordingly. Reporting competition activities.
- Formalizing tie-ups with key accounts.
- Maintaining good relationship with trade partners (distributor, retailers, excise officials) by regular meets and engaging them in sponsoring events.
- Asset planning visibility planning(permanent/ semi-permanent)
- Working out ATL and BTL plans in coordination with Product managers and marketing team.
- Engaging with accounts and sales team to settle tie-ups claims, promotion/scheme claims, damage claims, branding expenses, freight bills and other expenses.
- Addressing product related complaints from trade and consumers with an attitude to retain the consumer.
Qualifications:
MBA in Sales & Marketing from premier B School.
