Area Sales Manager - FMCG (2-3 yrs)
- Maintaining and increasing sales revenue.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area and individual Stores.
- Increasing business opportunities through various Routes.
- Motivating all the staff periodically.
- Conducting Team activity to increase individual performance.
- Conducting one to one meeting with staffs as and when required.
- Training new staff to upsell.
- Developing sales strategies Store wise and at Brand Level.
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Analyzing sales figures weekly
- Possibly dealing with the most regular clients and maintain good relation.
- Collecting customer feedback personally.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Analyzing sales related problem and reporting.
- Analyzing customer's behavior and wants

To be an Area Sales Manager, you- ll need to have:
