The Job description is as follows :

1. Sourcing potential new customers.

2. Travelling within and outside state of Karnataka to demonstrate products of the company.

3. Persuading potential customers to purchase products,leading price negotiations and closing sales

4. Being familiar with competitors' activities and products

5. Putting together proposals and tender documents

6.Meeting sales and commission targets on MoM and YoY basis.

7. Maintaining a cordial relationship with existing customers for re-orders.

8. Visiting new as well as existing customers on a regular basis for feedback of our products.

The candidate should have the following qualities :

1. Candidate should be dynamic with a good knowledge about the state of Karnataka and more specifically of the areas in and around Bangalore.

2. Candidate should be ready to travel for business meetings, attending customer calls.

3. Candidate should be able to speak,write and read Kannada and Tamil/Telegu apart from English and/or Hindi.

4. Candidates owning personal vehicle like Bike or Scooty may be given preference.
