Area Sales Manager - FMCD (5-8 yrs)
Our client a leading name in FMCD is looking for ASM(channel Sales) with experience of handling large distribution network and managing team.
Designation-Area Sales Manager.
Needs to handle team of 5-7 people.
Location-Rajkot(Gujarat)/Sambalpur(Orissa)/Indore.
- Monitor each Sales Officer performance against the target on a monthly basis and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper target setting for distributors supervised on the basis of desired factor and monitor them against the target set on.
- Focus on Value added product and Institutional Sales in each territory supervised.
- Month wise monitoring of Product Group achievement against the target.
- Ensure Distributor wise minimum inventory sales in each territory.
- Identify Large Furniture Outlets counters in the territory either through distributor or Direct.
- Appoint exclusive counters either managed by the Company/distributor or franchisee.
- Ensure Value added product minimum targets are met either through LFOs/Dealers/Institution.
- Proper forecasting of sales target .
- Ensure key secondary management target are met for the areas supervised.
- Good Communication and Analytical skills. Experience in planning marketing strategies, and successful public relations effort.
- Excellent communication, Strong leadership skills and negotiation skills.
