Area Sales Manager - FMCD (4-8 yrs)
Position : Area Sales Manager-Mumbai(Goregaon)
Key skills required : Prior Experience in channel Sales, Dealer Development mandatory
Purpose :
- Owns branch sales performance including P&L, volume and market share, new and repeat TP business at branch, and demand planning support to region for distribution, DD, MT channels for all categories and manages area budget.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities :
- Owns development of monthly demand plan for the Area
- Drives collection and reporting of required current and historical Area sales data to support category and channel analytics
- Drive sales target-setting for on-ground sales and conducts periodic reviews
- Leads and reviews Area sales force productivity to meet value, volume targets
