We're looking to hire Area Sales Managers for onground to join our rapidly growing team.
As a Key Accounts Manager, you'll play a key role in demonstrating the product value and benefits to our existing and potential fitness partners.
Strategic thinking and analytical rigor are a must, but you- ll get your hands dirty to help drive real, sustainable impact.
Responsibilities
- Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of Experience/Expertise in Sales & Marketing in B2B and/or B2C SAAS based companies; ecommerce experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distil complex issues & detailed analysis into simple, structured frameworks with concrete action plans
- Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a rapidly evolving business landscape.
- Practical business sense with the ability to translate between strategic business decisions and their operational implications.
- Must have his own conveyance (Preferably motorbike)
- Must have a laptop.
