Area Sales Manager - Executive Search Firm (5-7 yrs)
- Responsible for Handling sales and marketing operations by planning, developing, and implementing region specific sales strategies for existing & new products aimed to increase the sales.
- Responsible for increasing dealer base through new appointments
- Ensuring sales activation plans within allotted budget
- Responsible for the Follow ups for Pre - LOI Documents and Initial Payments with short listed Parties
- Facilitating the dealers in building an engaged & effective team of sales personnel by providing support in recruitment and On-Job-Training activities
- Conducting regular audit of sourcing & selling documentation procedures
- Maintaining reconciliation between Dealers Order in MOS (Monthly Order System) and PD plan
- Promoting and positioning the brand name in the territory to promote the products through a mix of ATL and BTL activities
- Analyzing market trends, taking timely course correction measures and studying competition activities
- Working closely with product development division for new products acceptability analysis and formulating effective market launch strategy
- Responsible for market research to forecast the demand.
