- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's distributor's/ dealer's base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting Distributor/ Dealer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Identify and appoint direct dealers and distributors.
- Product demos to dealers and provide briefing on company policies and incentive programs to onboard them.
- Undertake visits to dealers as per beat plan and capture detailed reports in field sales app. Share daily progress report with the team lead.
- Gather competitive market insights from dealers and other sources on products, sales incentive schemes, cash discount, credit policies and trade marketing.
- Achieve primary sales targets and collections, distribution objectives in terms of expansion, penetration, and display. Ensure deployment and monitoring of sales targets to trade partners month-wise and model-wise.
- Procure and ensure timely processing of sales orders from dealers, ensure all collections are made as per credit policies of the company, and settle incentives within prescribed time.
- Ensure efficient in-shop merchandising at dealer premises in terms of displays, demonstrations, etc.
- Obtain necessary details regarding defective products from dealers/market and share feedback to the company.
Qualification And Experience :
1. Graduate with 4-8 years of experience in managing & appointing dealer/distributor with a Home Appliances/ Kitchen Appliance/ Electrical (Required).
2. Strong oral and written communication skills.
3. Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
4. Excellent leadership skills.
5. Experience setting sales goals.
6. Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
7. Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
