Area Sales Manager - Enterprise Sales & Project Business - UPS Industry (7-10 yrs)
- The position is for Enterprise Sales and Project Business.
- It is required mostly for Consultative Sales Direct to customer or through contractor, PMC etc
- Other purpose is Business Development in the assigned territory and in specific segments.
- To Manage Sales in and around Chennai through Direct Customers and Consultants /Contractors and also indirect business in some very specific case.

- Driving business in the assigned area to achieve the budget

- Business Development in Direct End Customer Segment
- To work directly in the end customers segments, generate cases and drive revenues

- Business Development Thru Consultants, PMCs, Contractors
- To drive business revenues thru PMCs & Contractors, Maintain close engagement with Consultants

Turnover :
- Pipeline/Forecasts
- Maintain a strong pipeline in CDS with the best updates on the project status for reports, reviews and analysis.
- CDS Pipeline review
Collection :
- Ensure collections are done in line with the contract terms
- MoM TO vs Collection
- Overdues & DSO
Reporting :
- Project Forecast
- Inventory Forecast
- Visits, Quotes and market inputs
- Lead Sheet update
- CDS reports review
- Weekly/Monthly business reviews
Team work :
- Working with the team, transversal teams and maintain the team-work
- Inter dept reviews, Lead sharing within team and cross selling teams.
- 7-10 Years maximum experience in sales in the UPS Industry domain.
- Preferably with technical background,
- Project Sales experience will be an added advantage
