Locations : Kangra, Solan , Mandi, Sirsa, Jind, Fatehabad, Firozpur, Mainpuri, Etawah, Bijnor, Auraiyya, Azamgarh, Kannauj, Jalaun, Latur, Rewa, Satna, Jalgaon, Siliguri, Aizawl,Dimapur,Agartala,Gulbarga,Shimoga,Bellary,Gangtok,Kerala and Tamil Nadu locations.
Experience : Minimum 8 to 10 years experience preferably into Ed.Tech Industry /Product based companies handling B2B sales, Solution Sales, Customer Acquisition, Lead Generation, Product Selling and End to End Selling is required .
Maximum Age -35 years .Beyond 35 years age applicants will be rejected automatically .
Excellent communication and inter personal skills required.
KRAs :
- He should have worked as Area Sales Manager for min of 5 years with reputed companies
- Should comprehensively understand general trade business.
- The position demands comprehensive understanding of General trade and Modern trade markets.
- The candidate should have personally been involved in regular market works with complete understanding of placement of products and merchandising and inventory management.
- Recruiting, Training & Managing a Sales team of 5-7 SO’s
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
- Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
- Build a sales culture and sales centric atmosphere among the team members.
- Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.
- Provide training, educational workshops and challenging opportunities for enhancing career growth of employees.
- Conduct business plan review meetings with the sales team.
- Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
- Develop a performance improvement plan for the sales team to meet performance goals.
