We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned area.
Franchise Management: Oversee the performance of franchisee partners, providing guidance and support to maximize their sales potential.
Institutional Sales: Identify and establish relationships with educational institutions to promote and sell our educational products and services.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, providing training and support as needed.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, analyzing performance against targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate in Management (Operations/Sales) or Graduate (BBA/BMS).
- 5+ years of experience in franchisee management, sales, or institutional sales, preferably in the education industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales management software.
