Area Sales Manager - Education (4-6 yrs)
We are looking forward to hire Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Hyderabad Location
Requirement :
Who can build and handle a team of approx. 40-50 BDEs in various locations. Candidates will be responsible for handling and motivating the team for meeting monthly listing target without compromising the quality of listing.
Job Role :
- Merchant Onboarding in assigned geography.
- Ensure to achieve 100% Monthly Targets.
- Recruit, Train and Build a team of Field Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
- Keep the team motivated and lead from front.
- Ensure to meet Quality parameters as per set norms.
Key Skills :
- Good Team leader with proven track record
- Should be competitive and confident
- Should have the zeal to achieve daily targets.
- Should be excellent with verbal communication - English and Respective Regional Language.
- Should be flexible to travel.
Eligibility Requirement :
- Post Graduate (MBA)
- At least 4-6 years field sales experience and Minimum 2 years on supervisory role.
- Experience of handling Big team would be added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Must have computer knowledge - Excel and Basic Data Analysis
- Should be presentable in Market
