Job Responsibilities will be as follows :

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.

- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.

- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product line.

- Generate leads through calling and email campaigns.

- Hire Advisors who would in turn help meet sales targets.

- Coordinate with team members and management.

- Should have very good English communication and email writing skills.

Salary :

- The salary for a fresher would be 1.8 LPA and for experienced candidates it can go up to 3.6 LPA.

- In addition there are incentives for meeting the sales targets, additional incentives for exceeding the targets, rewards/ incentives for top performers.
