Area Sales Manager - Distribution - AV Products (4-6 yrs)
Sales :
- Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets set by the company with regard to Audio and Video solutions
- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales. Organize product demos and submit proposals, as required.
- Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
- Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
- Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to the Head - Distribution Sales
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- % sales target achievement for the month/quarter and annual
- % outstanding sales receivables collected
- % retention of direct reports
- % completion of self and team development goals
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
- 4-6 years of proven sales experience in a AV products distribution and/or a AV integrator company
- Experience in achieving annual distribution targets of more than Rs. 1 Crore
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of Sales processes
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
